By accessing or using Eventhor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Eventhor is an AI-powered video analysis platform that scores uploaded videos across performance categories and provides actionable insights. The Service may also connect to your Instagram account (via the Instagram Graph API) to analyze your published content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to
• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Eventhor a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Instagram Integration

If you connect your Instagram account, you authorize Eventhor to access your public profile, media, and insights data through Meta's official APIs. You can revoke this access at any time from your Instagram settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• Scores or insights will predict actual content performance

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventhor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
